This website collects nothing

The site is made of static files. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no session tracking and no third-party scripts of any kind. It does not load fonts, images or code from other services, so no request about your visit is made to anybody else.

The enquiry form on the contact page is not connected to a mail handler. Submitting it validates the fields in your own browser and displays a message. Nothing is transmitted and nothing is stored.

If you write to the company

If you telephone, email, or write to the registered office, the company will hold what you send in order to answer it and to keep a record of the correspondence. That normally means your name, the organisation you are writing on behalf of, your contact details, and whatever you have told us about the material or the job.

The lawful basis for holding that information is the company’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping records of what was asked and what was answered, and — where an enquiry becomes an order — the performance of a contract with you and compliance with legal obligations that apply to the work.

Sharing

Correspondence is not sold, rented or passed to anybody for marketing. Information is disclosed only where it has to be: to a party involved in carrying out the work you have asked for, to a professional adviser, or where a legal or regulatory obligation requires disclosure.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as there is a reason to keep them. Records connected to work that was carried out are kept for as long as the relevant legal, accounting and regulatory obligations require.

Your rights

Under United Kingdom data protection law you may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased or restricted, and object to it being held. Write to the registered office and the request will be answered.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the United Kingdom supervisory authority for data protection.

This page will be updated if what it describes changes — in particular if the enquiry form is connected to a mail handler.
